Instant Information Line
An Information line is an off-site hotline that employees, customers, or constituents can call to get up-to-date information or leave messages
Any time there’s more incoming calls than available phone lines and/or people, a Hotline can quickly alleviate the problem by providing accurate information, instructions, and reassurance without tying up precious resources such as people, cell phones, satellite phones, etc.
Callers can quickly record messaged from any phone. Voicemail can also be included, with messages stored online for later retrieval and converted to .WAV files for immediate email delivery.
